To celebrate the launch of Redesdale Estate's Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc 2006, Esposito of Carlton are hosting a Degustation Wine Dinner.

Feast on tantalising seafood, taste estate grown and hand picked vintages, meet Redesdale Estate's owners Peter and Suzie, purchase their highly-rated wines at cellar door prices and allow us, to bring Heathcote to you.

Tim Brown, Redesdale Estate's Vineyard Consultant, will be speaking on the viticulture in the vineyard and the wine making, together with James Bone, Sommelier and Manager of The Redesdale Dining and Beverages, who will speak on the different vintages of the wines being presented.
