Brick red. Chocolatey fruit, obviously ripe and showing more leafy varietal Cabernet notes. Some briary notes, leather and earth. Concentrated flavours and well constructed. Lovely balance with elegant varietal definition. Quality fruit and well handled. Particularly broad with incredible length. Tasted December 2002
